Dear Sir/Madame, My name is Ronald Sean Browne, and on Monday 9th May, 2005, I had an appointment at 3:00pm to have my central air unit serviced. I explained the problem of my unit running constantly, even when in the off state at the thermostat. I have to say that I was VERY pleased with the service I received. The technician dispatched to the job was Danny V. Danny was very nice, very professional, and can I say enough, very thorough. Like myself, Danny takes pride in what he does best. He checked out the thermostat, which I installed after I had discovered the problem. He found that everything was ok with that. He looked at the unit and pretty much took care of a couple of things, leak-wise and so. Then he went out to look at the main unit, charged it up and so. I am very appreciative for Danny, and for persons like him. I think that he is an amazing asset to your company. Thank you so much for Danny providing such awesome service. I think more companies should follow suit in providing the exceptional level of customer service that Randall’s Refrigeration provides.
