Dear Gary: I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to you and others at Randall's Refrigeration for the absolutely excellent and professional job performed at 6007 Maxie. First, my thanks to you for your cooperation, patience, and willingness to work with me, explain, and answer what I'm sure must have been innamable questions. You certainly helped to make a first time experience as a novice general contractor much easier.

Secondly, and please accept my apologies for not knowing their names, I want to thank the various gentlemen who performed the rough-in and the final compressor installation. All of your workers were most personable, professional, and hard working. In particular, I would like to thank Duane who oversaw the work and took the time to work with me, answer questions and provide explanations. He was most cooperative and I certainly enjoyed knowing and working with him.

I do have one request of you. Enclosed you will also find a Contractor's Affidavit with a stamped self-addressed envelope. I would appreciate if you could sign and return this at your earliest convenience. It is not necessary to have this notarized.

On a final note, let me again express my thanks and appreciation to you and the rest of Randall's Refrigeration. Please feel free to use my name as a customer reference in the future in the future should the need arise. I would be most happy to give you a recommendation or discuss my experiences with other potential customers as appropriate.
