Parr Gary: I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know that Randall's Refrigeration has lived up to the reputation that Bryon at Builders' Academy bragged about. I was in a class a few months ago and you were a guest speaker. I really enjoyed the chat you had with the class and had made a mental note to call your company if ever in a bind. Well this week, we were in a bind. Our heater decided to quit working and it was 30 degrees outside. In a timely manner, a gentleman from your company, Ron Baty, was dispatched to our residence. Due to an unusual part that was needed (it's an older furnace), he could not get the system totally up to snuff the first trip, but he did at least leave me with heat for the night. The next morning Ron was back out to finish up the job. Ron Baty was very professional, courteous, and most patient with all of my questions. I really appreciated his can do attitude. I would also like to compliment the ladies who answer the phones there as well. They were most courteous and willing to call me at my office to let me know when Ron was enroute to my house, thus allowing me to not have to take any more time away from work than necessary.
